of <h1>Assam extends FORM ITC-04 deadline to November 30, 2020, for July-September 2020 period under GST Act.</h1> The Government of Assam issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting FORM ITC-04 under the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The extension applies to declarations concerning goods dispatched to or received from job workers for the period of July to September 2020. The new deadline for submission is set for November 30, 2020. This notification, authorized by the Commissioner of State Tax, Assam, is effective from October 25, 2020.
