of <h1>Punjab GST Act: Special Procedure for Non-Filers with Turnover Below Rs. 2 Crore for FY 2017-18 & 2018-19.</h1> The Government of Punjab, under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification for registered persons whose annual turnover does not exceed two crore rupees and who have not submitted their annual returns for the financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19. These individuals are allowed to follow a special procedure, granting them the option to file their annual return. If the return is not submitted by the due date, it will be considered as furnished on the due date. This notification is effective from October 9, 2019.
