of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Extends Anti-Profiteering Compliance Deadlines to March 2021 Under GST Act Amendment.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued an amendment to the notification G.O.Ms.No.264, extending the due dates for compliance with anti-profiteering measures under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadlines for these measures have been extended from November 29, 2020, and November 30, 2020, to March 30, 2021, and March 31, 2021, respectively. This amendment, effective from December 1, 2020, follows recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council and is published under the authority of the Andhra Pradesh government.
