of <h1>India Withdraws 2020 Customs Notification; New Customs Tariff Act Rule Effective February 2, 2021.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 01/2021-CUSTOMS (CVD) on February 1, 2021, to rescind Notification No. 02/2020-Customs (CVD) dated October 9, 2020. This action is taken under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. The rescission does not affect any actions taken or omitted under the previous notification before this rescission. The new notification takes effect on February 2, 2021.
