of <h1>Tripura extends GST annual return deadline for FY 2019-20 to February 28, 2021, u/s 44 and Rule 80.</h1> The Government of Tripura, through the Finance Department, has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting the annual return under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension applies to the financial year 2019-20, allowing submissions to be made electronically via the common portal until February 28, 2021. The decision was made by the Commissioner based on recommendations from the Council, utilizing the authority granted under section 44 of the Act and rule 80 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
