of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Excise Department Implements GST Amendment Act 2020 Effective from January 1, 2021, per Notification No. 92/2020.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department has issued Notification No. 92/2020-State Tax, dated January 13, 2021, concerning the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020. The notification, authorized by the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, declares January 1, 2021, as the effective date for implementing sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 14 of the Amendment Act. This action is executed under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the said Act.
