The amendments, effective from October 1, 2020, involve changes in the table of the original notification. Specifically, for serial numbers 19A and 19B, the figures '2020' in column (5) are replaced with '2021.' This amendment is issued by the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, following the Council's recommendations, and is published in the Gazette of Delhi.
