of <h1>Odisha Tax Commissioner Rescinds Notification No. 9781/CT u/s 168 of Odisha GST Act, 2017.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha, exercising powers under Section 168 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and in accordance with sub-rule (5) of Rule 61 of the Odisha GST Rules, 2017, has rescinded Notification No. 9781/CT dated 20.10.2020. This action is based on recommendations from the Council and applies except for actions taken or omitted prior to the rescission. The notification was issued by the Commissionerate of CT and GST, Odisha, under the Finance Department of the Government of Odisha.
