of <h1>Madhya Pradesh Amends GST Notification to Exempt Satellite Launch Services by ISRO and Partners from Tax.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh State Government amended Notification No. F A-3-42/2017/1/V/(53) dated June 30, 2017, under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from October 16, 2020, adds a new entry, 19C, to the notification's table, exempting satellite launch services provided by Indian Space Research Organisation, Antrix Corporation Limited, or New Space India Limited from GST. This decision was made in the public interest, following the recommendations of the Council, and was issued by the Deputy Secretary of the Commercial Tax Department.
