of <h1>Tripura's Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Designated as Special Court u/s 280A(1) of Income-tax Act 1961.</h1> The Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Tripura, has designated the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in the West Tripura Judicial District, Agartala, as the Special Court for the State of Tripura under Section 280A(1) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. This designation is formalized through Notification No. 1/2021, issued by the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, specifically the Central Board of Direct Taxes' Investigation Division-V.
