of <h1>Delhi Finance Dept Sets GSTR-1 Filing Deadlines for Small Businesses: Jan 13, 2021 & Apr 13, 2021.</h1> The notification issued by the Finance Department of Delhi prescribes the due dates for registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to furnish FORM GSTR-1 under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. For the quarter October to December 2020, the due date is 13th January 2021, and for January to March 2021, it is 13th April 2021. The notification is effective from 15th October 2020, and further details regarding the time limit for furnishing returns for the months from October 2020 to March 2021 will be announced later.
