of <h1>Telangana Amends Notification No. 11/2017: New 2.5% Tax on Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul Services Effective April 2020.</h1> The Telangana State Government has amended Notification No. 11/2017 related to State Tax Rates on Goods and Services, effective from April 1, 2020. The amendment, issued under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, introduces a new entry under serial number 25 in the notification table. It specifies maintenance, repair, or overhaul services for aircraft, engines, and components at a rate of 2.5%. Additionally, item (ii) in the notification now includes reference to the newly added item (ia). This amendment was authorized by the Chief Secretary to the Government.
