of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Extends GST Refund Order Deadline u/s 54(7) Due to COVID-19 Impact.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the period for passing orders under Section 54(7) due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This extension applies to cases where a notice for rejection of a refund claim was issued, and the time limit for issuing an order falls between March 20, 2020, and June 29, 2020. The new deadline is set to fifteen days after the registered person replies to the notice or June 30, 2020, whichever is later. This notification is effective from March 20, 2020.
