of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Amends GST Rules Effective June 8, 2020, u/s 164 and Rule 3 of 2020 Amendments.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued a notification amending certain rules under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, as per G.O.Ms. No.283, dated September 29, 2020. Utilizing the authority granted by section 164 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2020, the government has designated June 8, 2020, as the effective date for these amended provisions. The order was issued by the Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department under the authority of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh.
