of <h1>Chhattisgarh Implements Section 11 of GST Amendment Act Effective May 18, 2020, per Notification No. 43/2020.</h1> The State Government of Chhattisgarh has designated May 18, 2020, as the effective date for the implementation of section 11 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020. This decision was formalized in Notification No. 43/2020 - State Tax, issued by the Commercial Tax Department on November 19, 2020. The notification was authorized by the Principal Secretary, acting on behalf of the Governor of Chhattisgarh, under the powers granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Amendment Act.
