of <h1>Himachal Pradesh amends Rule 138 E: 'Commissioner of State Tax' corrected to 'Commissioner of Central Tax' in Notification No. 74/2018.</h1> In the corrigendum to Notification No. 74/2018-State Tax dated December 31, 2018, issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, an amendment is made to the Gazette publication dated January 19, 2019. Specifically, at serial No. 12, in the third proviso to Rule 138 E, the term 'Commissioner of State Tax' is corrected to read as 'Commissioner of Central Tax.' This change is authorized by the Principal Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department.
