of <h1>Bihar Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for Turnover Above Rs. 1.5 Crore: New Due Date is 11th of Each Month.</h1> The notification issued by the Commercial Tax Department of Bihar, dated December 18, 2020, extends the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit FORM GSTR-1. This extension applies to the months from October 2020 to March 2021, with the new due date set for the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. The time limit for furnishing details or returns under section 38 for the same period will be announced later in the Official Gazette. This order is issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, as recommended by the Council.
