of <h1>Meghalaya Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for Businesses Over Rs. 1.5 Crore Turnover for Oct 2020-Mar 2021 Period.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya has extended the deadline for registered persons with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit FORM GSTR-1 for outward supplies. This extension applies to the months from October 2020 to March 2021, with the new due date set for the eleventh day of the month following each respective month. The notification was issued by the Excise, Registration, Taxation, and Stamps Department under the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Further details regarding the submission of returns under Section 38 for the same period will be announced in the Official Gazette.
