of <h1>Tamil Nadu extends FORM GST ITC-04 deadline to November 30, 2020, for goods with job workers.</h1> The Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Tamil Nadu has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST ITC-04. This pertains to goods sent to or received from a job worker from July to September 2020. The new deadline is set for November 30, 2020. This extension is issued under section 168 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The notification is effective retroactively from October 25, 2020.
