of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Withdraws 2020 State Tax Notification u/s 168 and Rule 61 for Public Interest.</h1> The Excise and Taxation Department of Himachal Pradesh, under the authority granted by Section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 61 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, has rescinded Notification No. 76/2020-State Tax dated November 26, 2020. This decision, made by the Governor of Himachal Pradesh following the Council's recommendations, is deemed necessary for public interest. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted prior to this decision. The order is issued by the Principal Secretary of Excise and Taxation.
