of <h1>Delhi GST Act Amendment: Effective Date in Notification No. 22/2019 Changed to August 21, 2019, Retroactively Applied.</h1> The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, under the powers granted by the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 22/2019-State Tax dated 20/08/2020. The amendment changes the effective date in the original notification from '21st day of June, 2019' to '21st day of August, 2019.' This change is made in the public interest and takes effect retroactively from June 21, 2019. The amendment is officially ordered by the Deputy Secretary of Finance.
