of <h1>Odisha Finance Department Enacts Section 2 of GST Amendment Act 2020, Effective December 22, 2020.</h1> The Government of Odisha's Finance Department has announced the commencement of section 2 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020, effective from December 22, 2020. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Odisha Act 5 of 2020. The notification, numbered 34069-FIN-CT1-TAX-0038/2020, was issued on December 21, 2020, by order of the Governor and communicated by the Deputy Secretary to the Government.
