of <h1>Puducherry Extends FORM GST ITC-04 Submission Deadline to November 30, 2020, u/s 168 and Rule 45(3.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04 for the period from July to September 2020. The new deadline is set for November 30, 2020. This extension is in accordance with section 168 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The notification is effective from October 25, 2020, as declared by the Commissioner of State Tax, Puducherry.
