of <h1>Jharkhand Extends Compliance Deadline for Goods Sent Out of State to October 31, 2020, per GST Amendment.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has amended Notification No. 35/2020-State Tax, dated August 17, 2020, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective September 21, 2020, extends the time limit for compliance or completion of actions related to goods sent or taken out of Jharkhand for sale or return. The extension applies to actions due between March 20, 2020, and October 30, 2020, now allowing completion by October 31, 2020. The change was made based on recommendations from the Council and is documented in Notification No. 66/2020-State Tax.
