Commencement of amendment: sections 2 and 12 of the MGST Second Amendment Act brought into force by state notification. The Government, exercising powers under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2020, by state notification appoints the date on which Sections 2 and 12 of that Amendment Act shall come into force under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
