of <h1>West Bengal extends FORM GST ITC-04 submission deadline for July-September 2020 to November 30, 2020, u/s 168.</h1> The West Bengal Directorate of Commercial Taxes has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04 for the period of July to September 2020. The new deadline is set for November 30, 2020. This extension is in accordance with section 168 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the associated rules. The notification, issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, is effective retroactively from October 25, 2020.
