of <h1>Tripura extends FORM GST ITC-04 submission deadline to November 30, 2020, u/s 168 and Rule 45(3).</h1> The Government of Tripura's Finance Department has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04 for the period of July to September 2020. The new due date is set for November 30, 2020. This extension is made under section 168 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 45(3) of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The notification, authorized by the Commissioner with Board approval, is effective from October 25, 2020.
