of <h1>Tripura Government Establishes New Advance Ruling Authority u/s 96 of GST Act, Effective August 2020.</h1> The Government of Tripura, exercising its authority under Section 96 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has constituted the Tripura Authority for Advance Ruling. The Authority comprises two members: an Additional Commissioner of State Tax and an Additional Commissioner of Central Goods and Services Tax. This notification supersedes a previous notification dated February 17, 2020, and is effective from August 4, 2020. The notification was issued by the Secretary of the Finance Department, Government of Tripura.
