of <h1>Nagaland extends GST FORM ITC-04 submission deadline to November 30 for goods from July-September 2020.</h1> The Government of Nagaland has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04 under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension applies to goods dispatched to or received from a job worker between July and September 2020. The new deadline for submission is set for November 30, 2020. The notification is effective retroactively from October 25, 2020, and has been authorized by the Commissioner of State Taxes with the Board's approval.
