This notification, referenced as 31042-FIN-CT 1-TAX-0039/2019 and dated November 23, 2020, is issued under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Odisha Act 9 of 2019. The order is authorized by the Deputy Secretary to the Government on behalf of the Governor.
