of <h1>Goa Finance Department Extends GSTR-1 Submission Deadlines Under Goa GST Rules 2017, Effective January 1, 2021.</h1> The Government of Goa's Department of Finance issued a notification, superseding previous notifications, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification extends the deadline for submitting details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 under the Goa GST Rules, 2017. For each tax period, the deadline is extended to the eleventh day of the following month. For registered persons required to file quarterly returns, the deadline is extended to the thirteenth day of the following month. This notification takes effect from January 1, 2021, as issued by the Commissioner of State Tax.
