of <h1>Goa Rescinds 2020 GST Notification u/s 168 and Rule 61(5); Prior Actions Unaffected by Change.</h1> The Government of Goa, through the Department of Finance and the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has rescinded Notification No. CCT/26-2/2018-19/61/1546 dated 21st October 2020. This action is taken under the authority of Section 168 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (5) of Rule 61 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, based on the recommendations of the Council. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted before this decision. The notification was issued by the Commissioner of State Tax on 25th November 2020.
