This notification, issued by the Excise and Taxation Department under Notification No. 43/2020-State Tax, exercises the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification was signed by the Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department on November 18, 2020, in Shimla.
