of <h1>Puducherry Extends GST Filing Deadline from September 30 to October 31, 2020, u/s 44 and Rule 80.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department has issued an amendment to a previous notification regarding the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the deadline date in the original notification from '30th September, 2020' to '31st October, 2020.' This modification is made under the authority of section 44 of the Puducherry GST Act, 2017, and rule 80 of the Puducherry GST Rules, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council. The notification is issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, Puducherry.
