of <h1>Uttarakhand Amends Tax Notification: Nil Tax Rate for ISRO and Partners' Satellite Launch Services Effective October 2020.</h1> The Government of Uttarakhand issued an amendment to Notification No. 530 dated June 29, 2017, concerning the tax rate on satellite launch services. Effective from October 16, 2020, the amendment adds a new entry, 19C, to the notification's table. It specifies that satellite launch services provided by the Indian Space Research Organisation, Antrix Corporation Limited, or New Space India Limited are subject to a nil tax rate. This amendment is enacted under the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council.
