of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Extends E-Way Bill Validity to June 30, 2020, Amid COVID-19; Retroactive from May 31, 2020.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh, exercising its powers under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the validity of e-way bills generated on or before March 24, 2020, which expired on or after March 20, 2020, until June 30, 2020. This amendment to the previous notification (G.O. Ms. No.264) is based on recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council. The extension is retroactively effective from May 31, 2020, as per the notification issued by the Revenue Department (Commercial Taxes-II).
