of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Implements Section 10 of GST Amendment Act 2019, Effective September 1, 2020.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced that the provisions of Section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019, will be effective from September 1, 2020. This decision was made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the same Act. The notification was issued by the Revenue Department, specifically the Commercial Taxes-II division, under the guidance of the Special Chief Secretary to the Government.
