of <h1>Maharashtra GST: GSTR-1 Filing Deadlines for Small Businesses Announced for Q4 2020 and Q1 2021.</h1> The Government of Maharashtra, under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification prescribing the due dates for registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to furnish FORM GSTR-1. For the quarter from October to December 2020, the due date is 13th January 2021, and for January to March 2021, it is 13th April 2021. The notification specifies that the time limit for furnishing details under section 38 for October 2020 to March 2021 will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
