of <h1>Delhi GST Notification Amended: New Due Date for Self-Assessed Tax for July-Sept 2019 is October 22, 2019.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated October 17, 2019, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Issued by the Finance Department of Delhi, it modifies paragraph 2 of the original notification by adding a proviso that sets the due date for filing the statement of self-assessed tax payments in FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter from July to September 2019 as October 22, 2019. This amendment is effective from October 18, 2019, as ordered by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
