of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh extends GST annual return deadline for FY 2018-19 to June 30, 2020, u/s 44.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has issued Notification No. 14/2020, dated March 23, 2020, extending the deadline for submitting the annual return under section 44 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for the financial year 2018-2019. The new deadline for electronic submission through the common portal is now June 30, 2020. This extension is granted by the Commissioner of State Tax, following the recommendations of the Council, under the powers conferred by the relevant sections of the Act and corresponding rules.
