of <h1>Telangana extends FORM GSTR-3B filing deadline for January 2019; Jammu & Kashmir gets extra time until Feb 28.</h1> The notification from the Government of Telangana's Commercial Taxes Department extends the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B for January 2019. Registered persons with their principal place of business in the state of Jammu and Kashmir have until February 28, 2019, to submit their returns electronically through the common portal. For registered persons in other states, the deadline is February 22, 2019. This amendment is made under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and modifies a previous notification dated August 16, 2018.
