of <h1>Maharashtra Extends MGST Exemption on International Goods Transport Services by Air or Sea Until September 30, 2021.</h1> The Government of Maharashtra has extended the MGST exemption on services related to the transportation of goods by air or sea from customs stations in India to international destinations by one year, now valid until September 30, 2021. This amendment, effective from October 1, 2020, modifies the previous notification dated June 29, 2017, and is enacted under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The extension is deemed necessary in the public interest, following the Council's recommendations, and is officially ordered by the Deputy Secretary to the Government.
