of <h1>Tamil Nadu amends GST rules: Dynamic QR Code for B2C invoices now applies to any financial year since 2017-18.</h1> The Government of Tamil Nadu has issued amendments to the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification regarding the implementation of the Dynamic QR Code for B2C invoices under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The amendments change the reference from 'a financial year' to 'any preceding financial year from 2017-18 onwards' and extend the implementation date from October 1 to December 1. These changes are effective from September 30, 2020, as per the notification signed by the Secretary to the Government.
