of <h1>Himachal Pradesh waives late fees over Rs. 250 for delayed GSTR-4 filings from July 2017-March 2019 under GST Act.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department issued Notification No. 67/2020-State Tax, amending Notification No. 73/2017-State Tax. Under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the amendment waives late fees exceeding two hundred and fifty rupees for registered persons who did not file their GSTR-4 returns for quarters from July 2017 to March 2019 by the due date. The waiver applies if the returns are filed between September 22, 2019, and October 31, 2020. Additionally, the late fee is fully waived if the state tax payable is nil.
