of <h1>Amendment to Notification Adjusts Tariff Values for Brass Scrap and Poppy Seeds Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> Notification No. 107/2008-Cus (N.T.), dated September 16, 2008, amends Notification No. 36/2001-Cus (N.T.) concerning tariff values for specific goods under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment replaces the existing table with a new one, listing tariff values in US dollars per metric tonne for various goods: Crude Palm Oil ($447), RBD Palm Oil ($476), Other Palm Oil ($462), Crude Palmolein ($481), RBD Palmolein ($484), Other Palmolein ($483), Crude Soyabean Oil ($580), Brass Scrap ($4216), and Poppy Seeds ($6844). There are no changes in the tariff values for palm oil and soybean oil categories.
