of <h1>Himachal Pradesh GST Notification Amended: SEZ Units Added, Monetary Limit Raised to Rs. 500 Crore Effective October 2020.</h1> The notification amends the previous Notification No. 13/2020-State Tax dated June 23, 2020, under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The amendment, effective from October 6, 2020, includes the addition of 'a Special Economic Zone unit and' before specific references in the first paragraph of the original notification. Additionally, the monetary limit mentioned in the notification is increased from 'one hundred crore rupees' to 'five hundred crore rupees.' This change is issued by the Principal Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department of Himachal Pradesh.
