of <h1>Nagaland Finance Dept Extends GSTR-4 Filing Deadline for FY 2019-2020 to October 31 u/s 148.</h1> The Government of Nagaland's Finance Department has issued a notification under section 148 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification amends a previous directive, extending the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year 2019-2020. The original due date of 31st August 2020 has been changed to 31st October 2020, following recommendations from the Council. This extension aims to provide taxpayers additional time to comply with their filing obligations.
