of <h1>India Extends RoSCTL Scheme Validity to March 2021; Awaiting Merger with RoDTEP Scheme Per Customs Act 1962.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued an amendment to Notification No. 13/2020-Customs, originally dated February 14, 2020. This amendment extends the validity of the RoSCTL scheme from March 31, 2020, to March 31, 2021, or until the scheme is merged with the RoDTEP scheme, whichever comes first. This change is enacted under the powers granted by the Customs Act, 1962, and is deemed necessary in the public interest. The amendment was officially documented in Notification No. 36/2020-Customs, dated October 5, 2020.
