of <h1>Goa Amends GST Notification: Year Change from 2020 to 2021 for Serial Nos. 19A, 19B, Effective October 1, 2020.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(12/2017-Rate) dated 30th June 2017, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments involve changes in the Table of the notification, specifically altering the year from '2020' to '2021' for serial numbers 19A and 19B in column (5). These changes are made in the public interest based on the recommendations of the Council and will take effect from October 1, 2020.
