Commencement of GST amendment set as effective date for Fourth Amendment provisions to come into force. Designates 21st day of April, 2020 as the date from which the provisions of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 shall come into force, effected by notification under the Act and referencing the earlier amendment notification dated 11th October, 2019.
